This is an application for anticipatory bail in connection with C.R.No.532 of 2018, registered with Vashi Police Station, Navi Mumbai, for the ofences punishable under Sections 377, 498-A, 406, 323, 504 and 406 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code ("IPC", for short). The consent terms are tendered. The same are taken on record. In view of the consent terms, this application can be allowed. Hence, I pass the following order:

:: O R D E R ::

(i) Anticipatory Bail Application No.219 of 2019, is allowed;

(ii) Interim order dated 29th January, 2019, is confirmed;

(iii) In the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with C.R.No.532 of 2018, registered with Vashi Police Station, the applicant be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/-, with one or more sureties in the like amount;

(iv) Anticipatory Bail Application No.219 of 2019, stands disposed of accordingly.
