In Crime No. 1186/2018 registered with Yavat Police Station, Dist. Pune Rural for offence punishable under Sections 354, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 & 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, applicant is seeking prearrest bail. The offences under which applicant is booked are punishable with not more than 5 years and majority of them are bailable.

2 913.220.19 aba.doc Perusal of the F.I.R. and the allegation against the applicant does not justify any custodial interrogation. Applicant is ready and willing to co-operate with the Investigating Officer. There are no criminal antecedents. In view of above, case for pre-arrest bail is made out. Hence, following order:

(A) In the event of arrest of the applicant in Crime No. 1186/2018 registered with Yavat Police Station, Dist. Pune Rural, applicant be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with one or more surety in the like amount.

(B) Applicant shall not influence witnesses or tamper with evidence.

(C) Applicant to attend Investigating Officer on 28/01/2019, 30/01/2019 and 01/02/2019 between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and thereafter as and when directed by the Investigating Officer.

Application stands disposed of.
