It is an admitted fact on record that, in pursuance of Order dated 17.03.2023, the Investigation of present crime was transferred to the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone -1, Thane. 2.

The Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone -1, Thane is personally present in the Court. He through learned A.P.P. submitted that, the investigation of the present crime is completed and the investigating agency would submit a final report as contemplated under Section 173(2) of Cr.P.C. before the competent Court having jurisdiction, within a period of two weeks from today.

In view thereof, the prayers made in the present Petition have been worked out and the Petition does not survive further. 4.

Learned A.P.P. on instructions from the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone -1, Police Commissionerate, Thane, submitted that, during the course of investigation of present crime, it was also revealed that, the Petitioner has submitted copy of bogus Aadhar Card while filing the present Petition in this Court. That, the investigating agency is conducting a separate inquiry for the same and if necessary will take appropriate steps as contemplated under the provisions of law against the Petitioner and all other concerned.

Petition is accordingly disposed off.
