Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mrs. Deshmukh, learned APP for the State.

By this petition, the petitioner seeks direction to the respondent to register the offence in respect of the grievance made in his complaint dated 07.11.2012.

Mrs. Deshmukh, learned APP having taken instructions from Uday S. Jagtap

358-13-wp=.doc the officer concerned, who is present in the Court, makes a statement that the petitioner's complaint was inquired into however, no commission of cognizable offence was disclosed and the NC is registered and has been intimated to the petitioner. Statement is accepted.

In view of the statement made by the learned APP, nothing survives in this petition. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
