Heard. Application is for amendment in the writ petition in terms of draft amendment annexed to the application. The amendment is necessitated in view of the events subsequent to the filing of writ petition. Hence, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Necessary amendment be carried out within a week. Copy of amended petition be served on learned PP for the State. Public Prosecutor shall file its rely on the amended petition. All this exercise shall be completed before the next date. Application stands disposed of.
