Heard Mr. Kumbhar, learned Advocate for Petitioner; Mr. Thorat, learned AGP for Respondent No.1 - State and Mr. Pilankar, learned Advocate for Respondent Nos.3 and 4.

Mr. Thorat, learned AGP for Respondent No.1 - State would submit that the approval to the appointment of Petitioner as directed by the order dated 27.06.2018 has been granted by the Education Department on 27.02.2023. Mr. Kumbhar confirms the same. 3.
Perusal of the order dated 27.06.2018 would now reveal that the grant-in-aid for the purpose of payment of salary is now required to be released by Respondent No.2. However for the purpose
12.cp.46.19.doc of the same Respondent No.4 i.e. Head Master and Respondent No.3 i.e. Society are required to submit the completed salary bills to the Education Officer.

The Chairman and Secretary of Respondent No.3 and Respondent No.4 - Head Master are therefore specifically directed to complete the salary bills of the Petitioner and submit the same to Respondent No.2 within a period of three weeks from today. 5.
If the said salary bills are not submitted by Respondent Nos.3 and 4 as directed in this order, this Court shall view it strictly considering that this is a Contempt Petition. On submission of the completed salary bills by Respondent Nos.3 and 4, Respondent No.2 is directed by this Court to immediately process the same for payment of salary alongwith arrears within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the completed salary bills.

With the above directions, Contempt Petition is disposed. 7.
List the Contempt Petition on 11th April, 2023 for compliance.
