Heard learned APP. and the learned counsel for respondent No.1 at length. Perused the record. This is an application for cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted by this court by order dated 22.7.2014 to the applicant. The present application has been filed on the premise that after granting anticipatory bail on 22.7.2014 by this court the applicant has violated one of the conditions i.e. the applicant should not indulge into any kind of such offence and should not pressurize the prosecution witnesses. The learned APP. submitted that after release of the applicant on anticipatory bail, the FIR No.282/2014 came to be registered with Charkop Police Station, Mumbai by the same complainant. Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1 pointed out the order dated 16.4.2015 passed by the Division Bench of this

2 /2 APPP-98-15 Court in Cri.W.P.No.3878/2014 wherein it has been observed that the police have submitted "B" summary report before the competent court with respect to the said CR No.282/2014 registered with Charkop Police Station, Mumbai. As the police have already submitted "B" Summary report in the said CR, the said CR as of today does not survive. 2) In view of the above, there are no merits in the present application. Application is dismissed in limini.
