Heard Mr.S.R.Ganbavale, learned counsel for the petitioner at length.

By this Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has challenged the Judgment and order dated 11.1.2017 passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Satara in Misc. Civil Application No. 254 of 2016. By that order, the learned Principal District Judge rejected the application made by the petitioner under Section 24 of C.P.C. for transferring Regular Darkhast No.119 of 2016 from the Court of learned 4th Jt. Civil Judge, Jr Dn., Karad to some other Court. 3.

After arguing the petition for quite sometime, upon taking instructions from the petitioner, Mr. Ganbavale seeks permission to withdraw the Petition.

In view thereof, on the motion made by Mr.Ganbavale, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed as withdrawn. Order accordingly.
