Having heard learned advocate for petitioners and learned AGP, we deem it convenient to dispose off this petition by directing the Managing Director of respondent no.2 to dispose off petitioners' representation dated 4th November 2015, a copy of which is annexed as Annexure-I to this petition, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and all rights and contentions of the parties are kept open. The Managing Director of respondent no.2 shall decide the representation independently on its own merits and in accordance with law.

In order to enable the Managing Director of respondent no.2 to comply with this order, the petitioners shall remain present before him on 20th February 2018 at 11.00 a.m. along with copy of representation and a copy of this order.
