1) Learned A.P.P., on instructions from Police Sub-Inspector Mr. Sunil Gomare attached to Amboli Police Station, Mumbai, submitted that, after completion of investigation of present crime police have filed chargesheet in the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, 66th Court, Andheri, Mumbai on 14th February 2019 and the same has been numbered as C.C. No. 627/PW/2019.

2) In view thereof, Petitioners are having alternate remedy under the provisions of Criminal Procedure Code before the trial Court. 3) By reserving the alternate remedy in favour of the Petitioners, Petition is disposed off.
