This is an application for bringing on record heirs and legal representatives of applicant No.1 - Gajanan L. Shelke, since deceased on record. Applicant No.1 died on 04.01.2018 leaving behind the present applicants. The application is filed on 22.01.2018, which is in time. In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs. Amendment in the main C.R.A. shall be carried out within 14 days from today and the amended slips shall be made over to the other side during this period. C.A. disposed of.
