Heard. Learned counsel after making representations in April 2016 pointed out that respondent Nos. 6 and 7 have raised excessive construction i.e. structures up to 4th, 5th floor, the present petition has been filed in March 2018 seeking mandamus for initiation of necessary action from completion of notice action.

The matter was placed before the Court only on 18/4/2018. It cannot be reached and taken up. Thus, it has come up for the first time almost after 4 years.

The petitioner claims to be a social worker.

In view of the above facts, we are not inclined to intervene in writ jurisdiction. With liberty ot the petitioner to take such other steps as are open in law, the petition is disposed of. (SANDEEP KASHINATH SHINDE, J.) (B. P. DHARMADHIKARI, J.)
