We are inclined to dispose of the present Petition as the petitioner's application pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 6.12.2013 in Writ Petition No.8923/2012, and further applications dated 18.11.2014 and on 25.2.2015, are pending till this date. We therefore direct the Respondents to look into these representations and take appropriate decision thereon in accordance with law as early as possible and preferably within a period of six weeks. The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. All points are kept open. No costs.
