This is an application seeking withdrawal of original documents which were produced by the applicant in the City Civil Court, Mumbai at the time of hearing of the Suit No. 3102 of 2007. It is submitted that these documents are required for production in the Court of Small Causes, Mumbai where another suit is pending. 2.

In view thereof, the application is allowed. The applicant is permitted to withdraw the original documents produced in the City Civil Court, Mumbai keeping their photocopies on record. 3.
