All these petitioners, by these petitions, seek to challenge the orders dated 27/01/2022 delivered by the Deputy Registrar, Co-Operative Societies, Karad, Taluka Karad,

3/3 15-20 WP-973-22+5.doc District Satara. By the impugned orders, their appeals under Section 152(A) of the Maharashtra Co-Operative Societies Act, 1960 have been disallowed and the rejection of their nomination forms by the Returning Offcer, has been sustained. 2.

The learned Advocate for the petitioners sought a passover to take instructions. After the petitions were called out, the learned Advocate for the petitioners submits, on instructions, that the petitioners desire to withdraw these petitions and reserve their liberty to avail of the remedy of fling Election Petitions, after the elections are concluded. 3.

In view of the above, these petitions are disposed off as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
