By this Civil Application, Applicant is seeking condonation of delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 26.08.2016 passed by the MACT, Solapur in MACP No. 148 of 2013.

Considering the submissions made by the learned AGP for the Applicant and averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that Applicant has made out a case for Sneha Chavan 1/2

Hence, the following order is passed:

a) Delay in filing First Appeal, is condoned.
