He submits that the Applicant has already filed ABA No. 1664 of 2017 which was dismissed for want of prosecution and a restoration Application in the said Application. Since the aforesaid Application is filed in the very same C. R., learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw this Application, as the Applicant intends to pursue ABA No. 1664 of 2017.
