This application has been sent by the Applicant from Jail praying for issuance of necessary directions to the Special Judge, M.C.O.C. Court at Thane for expeditiously deciding the application filed by the Applicant seeking his discharge.

It appears that the Applicant had filed an application seeking his discharge some time in April, 2011 and since then the said application is said to be pending. On account of the enormous delay, which has been 1/2 APPLN-66-15.doc

occasioned in the decision of the application, we allow the present application and direct the Special Judge, M.C.O.C. Court, Thane to expeditiously decide the application filed by the present Applicant within three months from the date of receipt of the writ of this Court. 3.
