License for revolver has been rejected by impugned order on the ground that petitioner could not prove any threat to his life. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is Ex­Colonel and with permission of the Defence department he has purchased the revolver. This part is hardly relevant after he applies for license as a civilian. 2.

Learned APP appears for Respondent Nos.1 to 3. 3.

We do not find any perversity in the impugned order. Hence, the petition is rejected.
