Heard the Learned Advocates appearing for the parties. The Learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner on instructions states that an amount of Rs.1,50,000/- shall be paid to the Respondent within a period of four weeks from today alongwith all his retirement benefits including gratuity. The statement is accepted. The Respondent who is present in Court agrees and undertakes to accept the proposal of the Petitioner. The undertakings are accepted. Upon payment of all the dues of the Respondent the Petitioner shall be entitled to withdraw the amount deposited by the Petitioner in this Court alongwith interest accrued thereon, if any. The above Writ Petition is accordingly disposed off.
