This is an application received through the jail. By this application the applicant had prayed that his sentence should be ordered to run concurrently.

The learned APP has placed on record letter received from the Nashik Road Central Prison stating that the applicant has undergone the sentence and that he is already released from the jail on 26.4.2006.

In view of the above statement, the application has become infructuous and is hereby dismissed.
