For the reasons set out in the Civil Application, sufficient cause has been shown to condone the delay of about 180 days in instituting the appeal. Therefore, delay is condoned subject to payment of costs of Rs.5,000/- within a period of four weeks from today. Upon deposit, the respondent shall be at liberty to withdraw the same unconditionally.
