By this application, the applicant seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R. No. 28 of 2015 registered with the Chiplun Police Station, Chiplun, District Ratnagiri, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420, 425 and 500 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Learned Counsel for the applicant has placed on record the Consent Terms that have been entered into between the applicant and the complainant. The said Consent Terms are filed in Revision Application No. 10 of 2016 in the Court of the Additional Sessions Judge, Khed. The SQ Pathan 1/2

aba.158.16.doc said application (Exhibit 5) filed in Revision Application No. 10 of 2016 is taken on record and marked `X' for identification. It appears that the parties have amicably settled their dispute. In view of the aforesaid, the application is allowed and the applicant is granted anticipatory bail on the following terms and conditions :

ORDER

(i) In the event of the arrest, the applicant be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.
