Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the applicant. The learned Counsel appearing for the second and fourth respondents seeks time. The learned AGP represents the first respondent. 2.

The petition is at the pre-admission stage. During the pendency of the petition, on 16th January, 2018 a notice of termination has been served upon the applicant / writ petitioner by the second to fourth respondents. To avoid multiplicity of the proceedings, the amendment
