The Applicant/Original complainant-Rajmal expired on 16th February, 2023. Copy of the death certificate is annexed. Even though his legal representatives are not brought on record, today it is contended that one of his son Mukesh Parekh has settled the dispute with Respondent No.2. They have entered into the Consent Terms on 15th February, 2023. Its copy is tendered on record marked as Annexure "X".

The said Mukesh Parekh is present in the Court. Copy of his Aadhar Card is also annexed and marked as Annexure "X-2". It is 1/2

901.alp26.2019.doc claimed that even though there are other legal representatives to deceased applicant Rajmal, entire business is looked after by son Mukesh.

Learned Advocate for Respondent No.2 admits about execution of the Consent Terms.
