Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the Respondent - State.

By this application, the applicants seek reduction of the bail amount of Rs.25,000/- each, as was directed by this Court vide order dated 15th December, 2014, whilst allowing the application of the applicants under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. 3.
Learned Counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants are not in a position to furnish P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount. She submits that considering
69-appln.68.2015 the peculiar facts of this case and the nature of allegations, the amount be reduced from Rs.25,000/- to that of Rs.15,000, with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount.

For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed and the order dated 15th December, 2014, is modified to the extent, that instead of the applicants be enlarged on bail on each furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount, the applicants shall now be enlarged on bail on each furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount. The rest of the conditions imposed vide order dated 15th December, 2014, shall remain same.

The application is allowed to the extent aforesaid and is accordingly disposed of.
