These applications are preferred for seeking modification of order dated 26th October, 2016. Interim order dated 26th October, 2016 passed in anticipatory bail applications, which was confirmed by order dated 6th February, 2017.

In the event of arrest, the applicants in all these applications were directed to be released on bail on their furnishing P.R. bond of Rs. 25,000/- each in each of the crimes with one or two local sureties in the like amount.

The applicant is apprehending arrested in different complaints

Sajakali Jamadar 3 of 3 921-IA-3-2019-IA-1-2019-ABA-1777-2016.doc which were connected and investigated by E.O.W. Pune. 4.

Although the applications were allowed on 6th February, 2017 apparently the applicants are not yet arrested. It is pointed out that the main accused is absconding, therefore, investigation is pending. The applicants however apprehend that in the event of arrest would be required to the applicants execute bail bond by furnishing several sureties. The applicants therefore seek modification of the said order granting anticipatory bail qua number of sureties. 5.

Anticipatory bail applications were preferred in eleven complaints. The applicants would be required to furnish one or two sureties in each crime. The applicants had expressed hardship in according multiple sureties. Considering the submission, order passed by this Court dated 26th October, 2016 and the order dated 6th February, 2017 stands modified. In the event of arrest of applicants in each of the crime which was subject matter of the aforesaid anticipatory bail applications, the applicants be released on bail on their furnishing cash security in the sum of Rs.10,000/- each in each crime.
