On the previous occasion, Ms. Suvarna Yadav, learned Counsel for the Applicant argued the matter extensively and as this Court was not inclined to consider request for bail favourably, she sought time. 2.

Ms. Yadav, learned Counsel for the Applicant states that she has instructions to withdraw the Application. She only requests that the trial be expedited.

Ms. Savita Yadav, learned APP for the Respondent-State states that an endeavour will be made to conclude the trial within a period of six months from today.
