The learned APP appearing for the Respondent No.2-State tendered across the Bar order dated 16th June, 2016 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Raigad-Alibag in the First Information Report subject matter of challenge in this Petition. The Investigating Officer had filed a report praying for grant of 'B' Summary. By the said order dated 16th June, 2016 'B' Summary as prayed for is granted by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate. Hence, nothing survives in the Petition and the same is disposed of. We make it clear that we have made no adjudication on the legality and validity of order dated 16th June, 2016.
