I have perused the averments made in Civil Application. Applicant has explained the delay of 90 days in filing this Second Appeal in paragraphs 3, 4 and 5 of the Civil Application. 3.

For the reasons recorded in the Civil Application, delay of 90 days in filing Second Appeal is condoned. Civil Application is made absolute on aforesaid terms.
