The challenge in the Writ Petition filed by the Petitioner-Bank is to an ad-interim order dated 24-12-2021 of the DRT. The Petitioner-Bank has already filed an Appeal before the DRAT challenging the said order dated 24-12-2021.

Learned Senior Counsel for the Respondents No.3 to 5 states that the Chairperson of DRAT is now presiding. He has placed on record a copy of the today's (i.e. 29 April 2022) Daily Board of DRAT. 3.

Since the Petitioner has already invoked the alternate remedy, we are not inclined to entertain the Petition. We dispose of the Writ Petition by granting liberty to the Petitioner to mention the Interim Application/Appeal Uday.P.Kambli 1/2
