The above Contempt Petition has been filed for the breach of the undertakings committed by the Respondent herein. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties state that the keys of the suit premises have been handed over to the Petitioner/Owner which have been accepted by him. In view thereof, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner does not desire to proceed with the above Contempt Petition.
