The above Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking direction against the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's application dated 15.11.2017 and further direction to the respondents to implement the decision of the authorized Chief Settlement Commissioner in Review Petition No. 4 of 1989 dated 12.6.1989 by issuing the grant of alternate site of U.NO. 13 and 14 and after considering the petitioner's application on merits, execute the conveyance deed in respect of alternate site of Plot No. 13 and 14.

Heard Learned Advocate for the Petitioners and the Learned AGP. We direct respondent No. 2 - Managing Officer-cum-Sub-Divisional Officer to dispose off within eight weeks from today, the application dated 15.11.2017 filed before him by the petitioners.

No further reliefs as sought are granted. The Petitioners may press the same after disposal of their Application.
