Heard. Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith by consent of learned counsel for the respective parties.

We are of the view that this petition can be disposed of by issuing appropriate directions to the Corporation, and therefore, following directions are issued to the Corporation.

(i)The Corporation shall take its decision on the complaint dated 03.01.2023 filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and also to Respondent Nos.5 and 6 for which purpose appropriate notices shall be issued by the Corporation. (ii) We further direct that the decision shall be taken by Respondent No.1, in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of appearance of all the concerned parties before the Corporation.

Rule is made absolute in the above terms. No costs. 4.
