Learned counsel for the Applicant states that in this case provisions of The Scheduled Castes and Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, are invoked and therefore by virtue of section 14-A, an Appeal lies in this case. He seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to file Appeal for the similar relief.
