Learned APP submits that the day Magistrate passed order on 5th May, 2015, F.I.R. has been registered. Learned APP submits that in case the petitioner appears tomorrow, his statement will be recorded by the police. Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will appear before the police. If the complaint is filed by the petitioner, the police will look into the complaint. If the petitioner is not satisfied with the investigation, the petitioner may approach senior police officer requesting for 1/2
