Heard learned counsel for the applicant. The applicant herein has been enlarged on bail by the Special Judge (POCSO Act), Thane by an order dated 20th January, 2017 in Crime No. I-04/2017 registered at Kalwa Police Station for the offence punishable under section 354 of Indian Penal Code and 8 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

The learned counsel for applicant is seeking modification of clause (2) of the operative order dated 20th January, 2017. The order stands modified as follows :-

ORDER

(i) Application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant be enlarged on bail on furnishing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- with one or more local solvent sureties in the like amount. (iii) The applicants shall be released on provisional cash bail for a period of six weeks within which he shall furnish securities in accordance with law to the satisfaction of the Special Court.

(iv) Application stands disposed of.
