Ms. Manali Patil, appearing for the petitioner states that the parties have amicably settled the matter and have obtained a divorce by mutual consent and a decree to that effect has also been passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Nashik vide Judgment dated 28th August, 2014 in petition No. A-349 of 2010. She states that between the same parties, there was another petition filed in this Court being Writ Petition No. 3962 of 2014. This Court (Coram : Smt. Sadhana S. Jadhav, J.) has by order dated 16th January, 2015 taken note of the same and disposed of the petition as being infructuous.
