Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and having gone through the averments made in the petition, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing respondent No.1 to decide of the petitioners' representation dated 17th February, 2009, a copy of which is annexed at "Exhibit F", if not already disposed of, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly. 2.
It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and all rights and contentions of the respective parties are kept expressly open. The said representation shall be decided independently on its own merits.
