Pursuant to the order passed by this court dated 14.3.2016, The learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the accused Lipton Gonsalves has deposited amount of Rs.10,83,000/- in this Court. In view of this, the previous interim pre-arrest bail dated 14.3.2016 is hereby confirmed on the same terms and conditions with a modification to clause (iv) of para 4 of the interim pre-arrest bail order dated 14.3.2016 as under: "The applicant-accused shall attend the concerned police station as and when required."
