No.449 of 2012 has been concluded and the learned J.M.F.C. (Court No.9), Solapur has convicted the Petitioners by its Judgment and Order dated 26th September, 2016. A photocopy of the said Judgment and Order is produced on record.

2) In view of the above, present Petition for quashing of C.R. No.28 of 2012 registered with Jail Road Police Station, Solapur has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
