This Application is filed by the Applicant for transfer of Petition No. A/1257/2014 pending before the Family Court, Pune to Family Court at Nashik.

The learned Counsel for the Respondent makes a statement that the Respondent is agreeable for grant of clause (a) in
P-2. MCA 107.15.doc this Application. In view of the consensus arrived at between the parties as regard the place where the matrimonial proceedings be heard, the Application deserves to be allowed and is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The learned Counsel for the Respondent states that the Respondent is conceding to prayer clause (a) because of convenience and for expeditious disposal of the proceedings. It is clarified that the Application is allowed only in view of the consensus between the parties recorded above and I have not considered the merits of the rival allegations of the parties, which will considered on their own merits in the pending proceedings.
