Petitioner has challenged an order dated 5.11.2018 passed by respondent No. 2 in RTS Appeal No. 93 of 2018. Admittedly, against the said order, remedy of statutory appeal is available. In view of the remedy of availability of such appeal and also in view of the fact that the disputed question on facts and law would be arising, we are not inclined to entertain this petition directly. However, if the petitioner files such appeal within four weeks from today, the Appellate Authority shall consider the same without reference to the limitation and dispose of the same
