This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing an appeal against acquittal challenging the judgment and order passed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Solapur in Special Case (ACB) No.7 of 2014, wherein the respondent has been acquitted of the charges punishable under Sections 7, 13(1)(d) and 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act. There is delay of 24 days.
