After arguing for some time, as this Court is not inclined to grant bail, the learned counsel for the Applicant, upon instructions, seeks liberty to withdraw the present application.

Liberty as prayed for is granted in the interest of justice. The application stands dismissed as withdrawn.

The Learned Sessions Court shall not be influenced by the withdrawal of this application at the time of trial.
