The Petitioner claims that he is on the verge of retirement and his wife is handicapped. In the circumstances, the Respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4 should not have transferred the Petitioner from Vashi to Mumbai. The grievance of the Petitioner is that even after joining in the office of the Chief Security Officer at Mumbai, the Petitioner has not been assigned any work.

Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the Petitioner, we are inclined to dispose of the Petition with liberty to the Petitioner to submit a detailed representation with
vikrant 2/2 PAS-533-WP-6096-2017.odt supporting documents before the competent authority of the Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Co. Ltd. in regard to his grievance that, either his transfer order be cancelled, or he should be assigned the work as per his entitlement.

The representation as aforesaid be submitted by the Petitioner within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the competent authority of the Respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4 shall examine the same and shall take appropriate decision on it in accordance with law and pass necessary orders as may be required within two weeks from the date of receipt of such representation. 5.
