Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner. By this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner has taken exception to the order dated 29th November, 2011 passed by the District Consumer Redressal Forum at Pune. 2.

There is a statutory remedy available to the Petitioner under the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 to challenge the said order before the State Consumer Redressal Commission. On the ground of availability of efficacious remedy, we decline to entertain this Petition. Writ Petition is disposed of by observing that it will be open for the Petitioner to adopt appropriate statutory remedy. All contentions on merits are kept open.
