Applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. 5/2019 registered with Narayangaon Police Station, Dist. Pune Rural for offence punishable under Sections 326, 324, 323, 143, 147, 148, 149, 504, 506, 507 of the Indian Penal Code. Applicant was arrested on 04/01/2019.

The prosecution story appears to be a dispute between the complainant and applicant in regard to felling of a tamarind tree and

The blood stained axe is already recovered from the custody of the applicant. There are no antecedents considering the nature of injury, evidence on record, applicant deserves to be released on bail. (A) Applicant be released on bail in Crime no. 5/2019 registered with Narayangaon Police Station, Dist. Pune Rural on executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(B) Applicant shall not influence witnesses or tamper with evidence.

(C) Till filing of the charge-sheet, applicant shall remain outside the jurisdiction of Narayangaon Police Station, Dist. Pune Rural.
