Learned Counsel for the petitioner invites my attention to an order passed by the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai on 9th November, 2021 below "Exhibit 126" in Petition No. A-1351 of 2016. By that order, the learned Family Court had directed the Police of Gaodevi Police Station, Mumbai to hand over physical custody of the child to the petitioner forthwith. 2.

Despite directions, neither the respondent nor anyone on his behalf is present today.

However, in view of the said order, nothing survives in the writ petition and, therefore, it stands disposed of. 5.
