This is the second bail application preferred by the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected on merits by this Court vide order dated 17th June, 2019. The said order is on page 32 of the application.

After arguing for some time, when the Court was not inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail, learned counsel for the applicant sought leave to withdraw this application.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

Whilst rejecting the first bail application of the applicant vide order dated 17th June, 2019 on merits, the trial of the applicant was expedited. It is informed that till date charge has not been framed in the said case. Considering that the applicant is in custody since 25th September 2017, the learned Judge to conclude the trial, as expeditiously as possible and in any event within 12 months from the date of receipt of this order. 5.
